Boreal Design Build was founded in Salt Lake City, Utah and is now located in Blacksburg, Virginia. We specialize in residential remodels, additions, restorations and historic preservation, as well as custom furniture and cabinetry. Working in collaboration with our clients, design partners and trade specialists, we bring your visions to life. Using the design/build model encourages our clients to be closely involved throughout the project. From the initial design consultation, throughout the close of the project, the client is actively involved in communication around design details, project scope and budget.
